The staff was very helpful with recommendations!

I've stayed for 2 nights so I had an opportunity to witness what does cleaning between guests look like. Unfortunately sheets are not changed for new guests.

Great location and amazing staff

The hostel is quite clean, has plenty of washrooms, toilets and complimentary washing machine at every floor as a sweet bonus! The beds were comfortable. The staff is amazing, they ask you every morning about your plans and help you with planning your day. They also found another room for us when we had a snorer in the room and couldn't sleep. Thank you so much! The location is great, just about 300 m from the Lavender MRT. Little India also within walking distance. There are some cheap food options too, close to the station.

The rooms were quite smelly, probably because of the limtited ventilation but it wasn't a big deal. There is no lift so if you stay on the 4th floor get ready to climbing, again not a big deal for us but just a heads up.

Good budget stay

Near a metro and cheap food court. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms, but had to move from first dorm because air con didn't work and some Germans wanted to leave the door open instead: not good. Very helpful receptionists. Good price for what you get. Nice rooftop terrace.

A bit noisy at night.

Best hostel experience in Singapore

The location of NNV hostel was perfect for my trip. Many eateries and public transportation available just a short walk away. I arrived very late at night, yet the owner Mr. Victor Charles was so generous to offer me a courtesy stay, self check-in after mid night. Not only that, there was a man with spectacles working at the counter that was also very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Truly one of a kind hostel. Thumbs up NNV hostel for providing such great hospitality. :)

More than what I expected!

The provided facilities were great and well kept, and the place is very clean, especially when you have shared bathrooms but there’s no smell and they were kept dry and clean most of the time!

We had to bring our own padlocks to store our belongings in the lockers. Wish it could be sold at the check in counters at least.

Free washing machine and drinking water! This is definitely a very big plus!! Other then that, the place is ok, nothing special but also nothing to really complain about ;-)

Favorite hostel in Singapore!

The staff is SO nice! Rooftop is really nice! Very centrally located and it’s such a great price for Singapore.

WiFi could have been better and remind guests to be quieter in rooms and more considerate of other guests staying in the same room.

There was a bad smell everywhere. Furniture old not at all like in the pictures. Not confortable beds.

When we booked in Booking webiste with "including Breakfast", but when i stayed, the staff said "Dont serve breakfast" The smell in room's not good.

„Die Lage ist sehr nah an einer Metrostation und es gibt...

Die Lage ist sehr nah an einer Metrostation und es gibt einige Essensmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Das Personal ist freundlich und wir konnten jederzeit umsonst waschen, was ein großes Plus ist!

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und für das Gepäck ist daher wenig Platz. Leider stimmen die Kommentare zum Geruch in den Zimmern....von Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nichts gesehen.

Victor war ganz super und sehr hilfsbereit! Check auch mitten in der Nacht total unkompliziert! Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man kommt überall hin mit Bus und Bahn!

Zimmer stanken unerträglich, keine Fenster in den Zimmern, Dusche war in der Toilette, „Bad“ bestand nur aus zwei Waschbecken in der Küche und war sehr dreckig, keine Schließfächer

Wir hatten ein Familenzimmer für 5 Personen gebucht, bekamen ein 8 Bett-Zimmer. Hilfbereite Reception. Nähe MRT Station

Sehr laute Straße, Fenster waren nicht dicht. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, nach der Reklamation sollten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln , aber dort war es auch nicht sauber. Wir bekamen neue Bettwäsche und bezogen die Betten selber. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Duschen wurden nie geputzt. Küche benutzten wir nicht, wegen Sauberkeit. Zimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden. Buchten dieses Hostel wegen günstigen Preis und Bewertung. Würden nicht mehr hier übernachten. Bilder bei Booking.com zeigen nicht die Realität.

Die Hosts waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zentrumsnah Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Das Hostel war leise. Wir haben nur selten jemanden gehört oder gesehen, obwohl sie voll waren. Trinkwasser kostenfrei Fön Waschmaschine kostenfrei

Das Bad war nicht sauber. Es wurde, soweit wir das mitbekommen haben, auch nicht täglich gereinigt. Duschen waren gemeinsam mit Klo, dadurch waren die Toiletten auch immer nass vom Vorgänger. Stinkig, teilweise nach Urin. Harte Matratzen, aber Betten und Zimmer waren sauber.

„Freundliches Personal und Wäsche waschen gratis

Das Personal Charles und Victor waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnten immer Tipps geben. Ich konnte bereits um 8.00 Uhr morgens eincheckem, nachdem ich um 3.00 Uhr Nachts gelandet bin (Rezeption öffnet um 8.00 Uhr). Es gibt Tee und Kaffee umsonst, Wäsche waschen ist auch umsonst (Trockner kostet extra, brauchte ich aber nicht).

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Zum Glück waren während meines Aufenthaltes nie mehr als vier Leute im 6-Bett Zimmer, sonst wäre es sehr eng geworden. Mir gefiel das Zimmer leider nicht, da es im Erdgeschoss zwischen Küche und Rezeption befand. Ea war dadurch ziemlich unruhig. Leider waren alle Zimmer voll, weshalb ich nicht wechseln konnte. Leider hatte ich mit den Roommates kein Glück gehabt. Ein Long-Term Bewohner meinte immer telefonieren zu müssen oder das Licht eingeschaltet zu lassen. Auch ließ man die Tür immer offen, wodurch der Lärm dann größer wurde. Aber für die Mitbewohner kann das Hostel nichts dafür.
